libgeda38 software package provides GPL EDA -- Electronics design software (library files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgeda38
libgeda38 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgeda38 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgeda38 *
You will get with libgeda38 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
